Delano Coffee provide their services to you subject to the following
conditions. If you visit or Shop Online here, you accept these
conditions. Please read them carefully.
PAYMENT GATEWAY
All our payments are securely processed using the PAYPAL
payment gateway. You can either use your PayPal account or
your credit card (no registration required). When you checkout
you are leaving our site and entering paypal’s site to process
and authorise the financial transaction. We use PayPal because
they use a highly secure SSL connection and are a trusted global
financial transactions institution. We can process your order
manually if you call us on 1300 656 842, however this will be
subject to a 2% surcharge.
SHIPPING
To keep the coffee as fresh as possible and to ensure quick
delivery we send it to you via express courier. We only deliver
to Australian addresses and have a weight based rate of shipping.
We use the Fastways network of couriers and can deliver to
commercial and residential addresses. We ship up to 10kgs
through our web portal, and if you need more than this we
ask if you can call us on 1300 656 842 and our accounts
manager can give you a wholesale deal.
Our shipping rates (Australia Wide) are as follows:

RETURNS
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns
on coffees, even if the product has not been opened or used.
Our refunds policy is inline with the guidelines set by the
department of fair trading, NSW. We highly value our
customers, so if there is anything you are unhappy about
